Founder & Managing Member
Steve is a seasoned executive, leader and problem solver who loves tough challenges like rapid operational turn arounds, implementing lean and six sigma in mature industries and running ultra marathons. They keep your mind young and motivation high.
As a member of executive management teams, he has eight turn arounds under his belt resulting in the creation of significant shareholder value.
Steve has successfully worn many hats in his career; working in industries as diverse as the military, venture capital, heavy manufacturing, startups, nuclear and contract packaging; in roles that included founder, operations executive, supply chain, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and project management. Gained from this experience is the unique ability to manage highly complex challenges.
